The two technicians were great. No complaints at all. They communicated well and did a great job. The service was done efficiently and I am very pleased with the techs and the job they did. However, our property was scheduled at 9 am and Yolunda called yesterday to change to 8 am. Explaining they could do everything and sound the alarm last at 9 am. I agreed. The technicians arrived at 8 am and called to inform me they were here but couldn’t - by law - get started until 9 am. I asked why and Colbert explained the law states alarms cannot by law be tested until 9 am. Then why didn’t my 9 am appointment need changing? We are a self managed Board of Directors so we set our schedules to these appointments and I rearranged my schedule an hour early to accommodate to just sit idle for an hour. Going forward please set the appointment for the time of arrival and work beginning. Otherwise we are happy with Guardian and will continue fire alarm inspections. Fire extinguishers and emergency lights are due in January 2026.
